So here we are in June. The school year starts winding down at breakneck speed this time of year. It feels like slipping down a hill that just keeps getting steeper right until…about November. Ball hockey, T-ball, baseball, soccer, and extra practices (not to mention the new kickboxing class I’m trying out – very fun!) fill our weekday evenings. I lean on easy and early dinners (think peanut butter sandwiches immediately after school) and a flexible bedtime routine.<\/p>\n

Still, serenity finds me. I’m thankful for the summer sun stretching out these perfectly golden days.\u00a0Psst, stay awhile,<\/em> the warm breezes whisper, for there’s nowhere else to be.<\/p>\n
