I am a big believer in ‘keep it simple.’ While I admit to having a bit of a prop addiction (baskets, hats, blankets…you name it), I most adore clean, simple images where the focus falls meaningfully, without complication, on the subject/s through my lens. These are the timeless photos, the ones that captivate us as they resonate with emotion. These are Ria and Serge’s images and it would have been impossible not to feel the joy and anticipation shared by this easygoing couple as they await the arrival of their first baby. Although I’m only able to share a few here on the blog (the rest will remain under wraps for R & S), there are so many natural captures I love from this session.
